Grand Theft Auto V set the world ablaze when it appeared, roaring onto the scene with the biggest open-world ever seen in the series. Rockstar soared back to the forefront of gaming, shouting from atop the skyscrapers and taking off into the stratosphere. In this current gaming climate of endless re-releases and remasters, it was only a matter of time that Rockstar would cave. Grand Theft Auto V was confirmed for release on Playstation 4 and Xbox One, with 1080p/30fps graphics and numerous tweaks to gameplay. But one new feature stood out: a first-person mode . For a series that’s always been a third-person endeavor, the FPS-style setup caught many gamers’ eyes, some even claiming it to make this GTA V “the definitive version.” GTA V on PS4 and Xbox One is likely to be the definitive version of the game, but this first-person mode is a disposable and pointless inclusion, a shameless stand-in for true expansion on the already enormous open-world game.
Popular video game **Grand Theft Auto V ** could be making its way to Nintendo Switch . The action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games has garnered a cult following, ramping up the success that the franchise has been enjoying since it was first released in 2008. The latest iteration in the game series, which was rolled-out in 2013, takes players to the fictional location of Los Santos, San Andreas state of San Andreas, where every gamer can live out their best (or worst) thieving dre

However, before we all get too hyped-up about the presented possibility and despite Vern’s track record, let’s once again reiterate that this is by no means a confirmation — the user himself has reiterated that in his post. Shall this rumor holds any merit and turns into reality, then that’s obviously great. But in the meantime, it’s for the best to just wait for the official announcement that GTAV is indeed coming to Nintendo Swi
Obviously, with the internet populated with rumors and big tips from supposed reliable insiders, some are understandably skeptical of the news. But given Vern’s track record, others are pretty convinced. This is of course, on top of the logical fact that a partnership between Rockstar Games and Nintendo for Switch to house GTA5 is a win-win situation for both parties and an even bigger win for fans who are already thrilled at the thought of being able to play the title on-the-go. You can remember that back in January, Vern broke out the news that L.A. Noire is coming to the Nintendo console which eventually came to fruition. He also correctly predicted the recent Nintendo Direct Date, proving that he does have some pretty solid tipst
Almost seven months in since Nintendo released its newest console, and it seems that it was able to maintain clamor for the device by delivering what they have always promised the device to be — a gaming platform that can be used at any given time and place. The Japanese conglomerate has also alleviated any doubts on the possible shortage of content as games, both big budgeted, as well as, indie ones , continue to be available on Switch and GTA5 could potentially be one of them really s
But, with just nine days left in 2014 it doesn’t seem as though the developer is going to make its original timeline – maybe they’ve been too busy with the game’s release on Xbox One and PS4. That’s especially true when you consider that Rockstar is also working on GTA Online’s Heists as well as the PC release of the game , which are both scheduled for early 2
The first-person mode includes a new cover system, a traditional FPS control scheme, along with auxiliary features like new animations. It aims (no pun intended) to deliver a new perspective on Grand Theft Auto, a series that until now has focused entirely on a third-person perspective. The trailer illustrates many highlights of Grand Theft Auto V like taking out street assailants, jumping a train on an off-road vehicle, and even shaking an enemy off the wing of a plane. The new perspective makes moments like piloting a jet fighter different, with aiming displays and cockpit views all in tow. It definitely adds another take on Grand Theft Auto V.
While the odds of a next-gen console release remain relatively slim it’s important to note that the move does make sense from a business perspective. Given the time taken to produce an expected PC port, Rockstar could certainly afford to put together a PS4/Xbox One upgrade at the same time. Indeed, the recent success of Crystal Dynamic’s Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition demonstrates the viability of such a move — a minimum of fuss for a maximum of pro
The moments of awe that the first-person mode demonstrate (like the flying segments) are constantly overshadowed by an obstructive and pointless statement. As the fanmade mods have shown us, first-person GTA is a novelty, a fleeting distraction that you’ll use for five minutes, then realize that it was just better the old way. Re-releasing GTA V barely a year after release is already a questionable move, but using something so disposable and out of place as a selling point is the real issue at hand. And yes, it’s optional. I understand that, but why treat this as a game-changer? GTA V on PS4 and Xbox One will sell, likely very well, but not because of the first-person mode. gta 5 Secrets|https://gta5Play.com/ V’s first-person mode is a pointless addition that does more to shamelessly lure in FPS fans than deliver any substantial inclusions to what Grand Theft Auto is about.
