When asked about whether Hancock 2 would be his next film AFTER Battleship , Berg said he wants to do Lone Survivor , which tells the tale of, “17 seals that were killed in one gunfight in Afghanistan. One survived.” But what about after that? Well, Berg didn’t say, but hasn’t ruled out a sequel to his action-adventure, The Rundown . He’s not sure why there hasn’t already been plans put in place to do The Rundown 2 , but said he’d definitely be up for doing anot

Can Michael Bay turn some of those frowns upside down with this sequel that he co-wrote? Will there be more robots, less people, better story, less corniness and better characters? We hope so and some of us are looking forward to finding out from this action-advent

Lost should win Best TV Show (I love Dexter , but it’s no Lost ); Best Horror Movie should go to Let The Right One In (I would say Drag Me To Hell , but since that’s a comedy too, Let The Right One takes it for me); Best Actor in a Fantasy Movie Or TV Show should go to Brad Pitt for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button ; and Best Comic Book Movie should (EASILY) go to Watchm

I’m surprised that the “ultimate” cut only runs 15 minutes longer than the director’s cut. Is the stand-alone version of Tales of The Black Freighter that is being released on March 24, 2009 , going to feature scenes that WON’T be included in the “ultimate cut” Watchmen DVD/Blu-ray? It certainly seems like it. Damn, that means I’ll have to watch Tales of The Black Freighter if I want to get the whole Watchmen experience. Slick move, Warner Bros. Slick move indee

There’s been much talk about a sequel to the 2008 surprise superhero movie games mods|Https://superheromoviespot.com/ hit, Hancock , with conversation picking up particularly when it comes to the cast of Will Smith, Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman possibly returning to do another. Director Peter Berg said a few months ago that everyone was excited to return , but not long after that Bateman came out and said he hadn’t heard anything about him returning (we’re still not sure if that cluelessness was applicable to Smith and Theron, t

Below is the list of a selection of the 32 categories from this year’s Scream nominations. For those of you (all of you?) who want to have YOUR say on which film should win, you’re in luck! “I love ‘The Rundown.’ I don’t know if the audience was quite ready to accept Dwayne [at the time]. We had a certain amount of resistance… They screwed around with our release date, but the film still performed we

Are you looking forward to Hancock 2 ? Are you annoyed it will be hitting theaters later rather than sooner? Would you be bothered if Berg didn’t come back to direct again, since he appears to be ultra-busy with other proje

Having said that, just think about this: the studio has already hired two writers for Hancock 2 , and so it seems they want to get it into theaters sooner before later. I’ve said it before but I’ll reiterate – could we see Berg departing Hancock 2 and the studio bringing in another director in his place? If they want to get this thing in the can soon, and Berg is busy, it only makes sense that he’d be replaced. It’s not like the reason people went to see the first Hancock was because Berg directed… And he already had to drop out of the Dune remake

So if you’re not clear: the DVD/Blu-ray will come in two versions. One is a director’s cut that is 3 hours 10 minutes, featuring scenes cut from the 2 hour 36 minute theatrical release; the other version is the 3 hour 25 minute “ultimate cut” that will feature the director’s cut footage as well as intercuts back and forth between Watchmen and Tales of The Black Freight

That’s right: It seems Watchmen: Ultimate Collector’s Edition Blu-ray will go on sale around the holidays and only be available until the end of June, 2010! If that’s the case, then Watchmen fans better get it while it’s

The guys over at Collider were attending a press junket for Watchmen recently and made the savvy move of asking director Zack Snyder some pointed questions about what fans can expect to see from the Watchmen DVD/Blu-ray when it is released this summer – probably some time in early Aug
